All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the policies outlined below. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these shipping terms.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, special handling requirements, or manufacturer fulfillment schedules. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Michigan Orders:
    Free standard shipping is available on orders $150 or more shipped within Michigan. Orders under $150 will be subject to standard shipping charges.
  • Out-of-State Orders:
    Free standard shipping is available on orders $750 or more shipped outside of Michigan. Orders under $750 will incur shipping charges based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping applies to standard ground service only and is subject to the exclusions listed below. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Temperature-controlled or frozen items
  • Oversized or overweight shipments
  • Drop-shipped or manufacturer-direct items
  • Special-order or custom-requested products
  • Items requiring regulatory, safety, or special handling surcharges

Additional shipping charges may apply to these items regardless of order total.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers selected at our discretion based on package size, weight, destination, and service level. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request and will incur additional charges.

Estimated Delivery & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of the company.

Shipment Inspection & Reporting

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. Any shortages, errors, or visible damage must be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date to be eligible for review or credit, consistent with our Return Policy. Claims reported after this timeframe may be denied.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or delays occurring after carrier pickup.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
