Product Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team or your assigned Sales Representative before shipping any items back.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
A copy of the original invoice must be included, along with a brief explanation for the return
Products must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and returned in their original packaging
Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
Any shipment discrepancies, shortages, or errors must be reported within five (5) days of delivery in order to be considered for credit
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Special-order or custom-requested products
Hazardous or flammable materials
Expired products
Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer
Products clearly marked as non-returnable
Items requiring frozen storage or shipment
Drop-shipped products
Opened Products & Equipment
Once products or equipment have been opened, used, or installed, they may no longer qualify for a return or refund. We strongly recommend inspecting the shipping carton and packing slip before opening any items to ensure the order is correct.
Returned products and equipment must be in untouched, original packaging, free of markings or damage.
Restocking Fees & Equipment Warranty
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Equipment is covered exclusively under the manufacturer’s repair or replacement warranty. Customers are responsible for completing and submitting any required warranty registration documentation directly with the manufacturer upon receipt. Manufacturer warranties apply to defective or opened equipment.
